Espressivo Coffee Recipe
For the making process of this coffee, you need two basic ingredients that are freshly ground espresso coffee beans and fresh water. The equipment used in the making process will be an Espresso machine or an alternative espresso maker (like a stovetop Moka pot).
- First of all, we will grind the coffee beans. Use a burr grinder to grind the coffee beans to a fine consistency just like the table salt. You’ll need about 18-20 grams of coffee for a double shot of espresso.
- In the second step, turn on your espresso machine and make sure it is properly heated up. This ensures that the water is at the right temperature for brewing.
- Place the ground coffee into the portafilter basket. Use a tamper to evenly press the grounds down with firm pressure.
- Now, lock the portafilter into the machine and start the brewing process of the coffee. A well-pulled shot should take about 25-30 seconds to extract.
- Once the coffee is prepared thoroughly within the given amount of time pour the coffee into the mug. That is it your coffee is now ready to be drank or served.
Enjoy it with your Friends and Family!
My Review of this Coffee
Yesterday morning I visited Starbucks to try this coffee by myself. After testing the coffee I realized that this coffee had a deep and rich flavor that I really enjoyed.
It was a strong coffee but not too much. There was a nice balance between the bitterness and sweetness of the coffee. The espresso was smooth and well-brewed, and it was served at the perfect temperature.
The crema on top was thick and golden, which added to the overall experience. Overall, I was very pleased with this coffee and would definitely order it again.
